recording in 1953 in his hometown of Port Arthur, TX. He is
without a doubt considered to be at the very top of his class in the
blues. A class which includes Jimmy Reed, Etta James, Little
Richard, Fats Domino, Lowell Fulson, Percy Mayfield, Johnny Guitar
Watson. All of whom he has played and/or recorded with. |
